Before returning any goods please contact us on 0121 233 2413 or sales@bettsmetals.co.uk


Returned goods will be credited whenever returned in their unique condition only by prior arrangement with us.


We will refund the return postage only when you have agreed the return prior to returning the goods and the return is being made because Betts Metal Sales have made an error.


For special orders, such as bespoke wedding bands or bullion cut to order, may not be accepted for returns or exchange.


Non-bespoke items when agreed for return within 30 days will be credited in full


Non-bespoke items when agreed for return that are older than 30 days may be subject to an administration charge and postal costs will not be refunded.


Products accepted for return are credited at the same price as the invoice date and may incur an administration charge if the return is not due to an error on our part


We aim to process all credit returns within 3-5 working days.


To exchange an item, please contact us before returning, we will then need to credit the original item (except for postage costs, unless we have made an error) and then re-invoice the new items, this exchange may incur additional postage charges dependent on the value of goods being exchanged. We may have to contact you for payment details


Any returns accepted for credit will be credited to the original account used for the initial transaction, if the transaction had been paid by card we will contact you for the details in order to refund the amount.
