Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We operate a fully insured, secure nationwide postal
delivery service as standard, and will always endeavour to
meet our customers' required delivery timeframes. We also
strive to keep postage and packing costs to a minimum
and do not seek to make a profit from this service.
Please state if you wish to collect product from our showroom
in Birmingham in the Basket.
Returns
Returned goods will only be accepted for credit if returned
in their original condition with the invoice or delivery note.
Please contact our sales office on 0121 233 2413 for
authorisation before returning any product.
Goods accepted for return will be credited at the original
invoice price. Goods that are accepted for return, that
were originally supplied correctly may be subject to a
handling charge that could be up to 20% of the invoice
value of the returned product.
We are unable to refund the cost of return postage except
where items are faulty or have been sent in error.
